Not only were women in the1940’s and 50’s having trouble opening jars, but were apparently so useless and fitful in the workforce that it was OK to consider killing them for their alleged inability to work a postage meter.
Well, Mr. office man. You can take your meter and shove it, because not only have women always been capable of working machines and technology, but in many cases — including the interweb itself that has all but killed the postage meter — it could not have been done without the significant brain power of women.
