Arnold “The terminator” Schwarzenegger will be in South Africa, launching the second edition of the Arnold Classic Africa, which will be held at the Sandton Convention Centre this coming weekend.
The health and fitness festival is a three-day event in partnership with the Gauteng provincial government and the SA Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee (Sascoc).
The event promises to be jampacked with activities, hosting more than 14 000 participants, and 50 different sporting codes and strength-based contests, such as arm wrestling and a strongman competition.
The Arnold Classic was launched in the United States in 1989 and has grown into an international, multi-sports festival.
