Earl Simmons, known by his stage name DMX, was an American rapper and actor. DMX died in April 2021 at the age of 50 of a heart attack brought on by cocaine.
According to Wikipedia DMX fathered 17 children with 11 different women placing him on the top of this list. Four of his children came from long-time partner Tashera Simmons.
