I started using Colgate. I also stopped using an electric toothbrush about 3 yrs ago, cause my gums started to recede a bit, and started using Dr. Collins toothbrushes, Amazon, and a vibrating type of toothbrush maybe every 3 weeks, as that whitens my teeth..
My husband noticed his teeth do not bother him either anymore.
I’m an older (not old ) Woman. That said, I have bought many designer types of toothpaste for up to 20.00 a tube. Without Fluoride etc. Don’t waste your hard-earned money, none Of those helped, and my teeth were not any whiter.
