The trio had been ruled out of the Eagles recent matches with injury, which included a shock 2-0 home defeat to South Africa in a 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Uyo.
However, Nigeria have now been boosted by the news that the three influential stars will now make their return to Rohr’s squad for the 2018 Group B World Cup qualifier against the Indomitable Lions on 1 September at the Akwa Ibom Stadium.
In addition, the players should also feature in the second qualifying return fixture against the Cameroonians on 4 September at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium in Yaounde.
Rohr told Nigerian publication Vanguard: “Mikel Obi is coming back after his injury. We missed him very much. Also, Victor Moses and Leon Balogun will also return to the team.”
