The technically gifted 24-year-old has enjoyed a fruitful debut campaign under Stuart Baxter at Matsatsansa, scoring 11 goals and registering eight assists in 40 games across all competitions.
And with Baxter appointed as the new Bafana Bafana coach, the former TUKS man is hoping a winning performance in the Englishman’s final game as head coach – will win over his trust for future selections.
“I believe we’re doing so well in this league (the PSL) – every player is doing well domestically‚ and abroad. So it’s good for the coach to have a headache selecting players‚” he told SowetanLIVE.
“I believe my chance will come again. I was in the last squad‚ then not in this recent squad.
“But I believe that when they announce the next squad I will be there. I need to deliver domestically‚ that’s when I put my name in the hat.”
