1. Speak Positively About Yourself!

Speaking positively about yourself can be a real confidence booster. Say good things about yourself, to yourself. When you are looking extra good in a dress you thought you’d never be able to pull off, give yourself a compliment because you deserve it! By saying positive things about yourself every day, you will begin to believe it.
2. Stop Comparing Yourself to Susan!

Competition is often the cause of most fights in any relationship. One thing you need to know is that if one of your friends buys themselves a car, this does not mean that you should go out and buy yourself one too. Let the fear of ‘missing out’ and ‘keeping up’ leave your body immediately. It is not good for the soul. We are all in different chapters of our lives. Do not compete with Susan. You are not in competition with her. When you are content with yourself, whatever anyone else is doing shouldn’t bother you at all.
