Tower Bridge, London
Standing over River Thames, the bridge is one of the iconic landmarks of London, built between 1886 and 1894. It comprises two Victorian Gothic-style towers that are connected by two horizontal walkways – to withstand the forces from suspended sections of the bridge. It is used by around 40,000 people daily.
